The ask
$100,000 to turn a platform into a programme. Ariski is published, free and pre-revenue; this round pays for the capacity to deliver and sell what the site already describes.

Valuation, from both sides
We put Ariski at $500,000 pre-money / $600,000 post-money. It is our own estimate and an opening position, not a market multiple: we cite no comparable, because we have none we can source.
Why not lower: the platform is already built, published in two languages, indexed and running — content, interactive tools, an AI assistant with its persona system, authentication, moderation and search. A materially lower number would price the company below the cost of building again what is already live.
Why not higher: Ariski is pre-revenue. No price is published, no engagement has been sold, and there is no cohort of paying customers to point at. We would rather price honestly at a first-round number and grow into a larger one than defend a figure we cannot evidence. The number follows the CEMI house convention for a first round — pre-money at five times the ask, post-money at six, 16.7% of the company — so that an investor comparing CEMI properties is comparing like with like.
Use of funds
Forward-looking. This is the plan for the round, not a record of anything already spent or earned.
| Line | Share | Amount | What it pays for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Programme delivery | 40% | $40,000 | Turning the published Learning Program into delivered engagements: instructional design, session delivery, assessment and the case material each sector needs. |
| Platform and content | 25% | $25,000 | Keeping the catalogue current as regulation and tooling move, extending the interactive tools, and publishing the whole site in French alongside English and Spanish. |
| Commercial capacity | 20% | $20,000 | The first dedicated commercial effort: carriers, brokers, professional associations and regulators — the buyers the platform already reaches as readers. |
| Infrastructure | 10% | $10,000 | Hosting, model inference for the Ask Ariski assistant, and the capacity headroom that a growing registered base consumes. |
| Legal and administration | 5% | $5,000 | Entity, contracts, accounting and the reporting the rights above commit us to. |
| Total | 100% | $100,000 |
Runway
Eighteen months. That is long enough to design and deliver programme engagements end to end, to see whether organizations renew, and to publish the site in a third language while doing it. It is deliberately not long enough to postpone the commercial question: if no one buys a programme in eighteen months, the plan is wrong and we would rather know.

What we are not raising for
Not for survival: ariski.com is built, deployed and inexpensive to keep online, and it would stay online without this round. Not for a rebuild: the platform does not need replacing. Not for paid acquisition: the audience arrives through the content, and buying traffic before anyone has bought a programme would tell us nothing. And not for headcount beyond what the delivery plan above names.
Minimum viable close, and the window
$40,000 is the smallest amount that still funds something whole: the programme delivery line on its own, which is the line the plan stands or falls on. Below that the round is not worth taking. $10,000 is the minimum single ticket. Open now; target close 31 March 2027, or earlier on full subscription.
Relationship to the CEMI.ai group round
Each initiative raises at its own level, for its own plan. CEMI.ai raises at group level, for the shared platform, the labs and the pipeline that every initiative is built on. An investor may enter at either level, and the two amounts are complementary, not alternatives: money into an initiative funds that company's plan, money into the group funds the machinery all of them run on.
